I enjoyed the experience discovering North -East part of Brazil. Especially I loved my staying in Chapada Diamantina and in Salvador. Guides were so nice, well prepared and shared so many interesting information. In particular we loved how Katharine showed us places, local experience, stories, food, drinks and everything typical of the places we visited. Hacía mucho tiempo que no recibía un trato y servicio tan excelentes.
Quien ha llevado todas mis pedidos, João, ha sido FABULOSO. Un atendimiento impecable, siempre en hora, con todo tipo de detalles, buena disposición, muy profesional, y eso que conmigo no lo ha tenido fácil. Un diez para él y para la empresa.
Añadir también que ha habido algún contratiempo, pues forma parte del guion por las condiciones climatológicas y otros factores ajenos a la empresa, y todo lo han abordado de manera inmejorable.
Sin duda volveré a hacer cosas con ellos cuando regrese.

Nous avons pu compter sur l'agence DiscoverBrasil et sur la très grande disponibilité et réactivité de João pour notre séjour autour du parc de la Serra dos orgãos !
