Itinerary
Morning: After breakfast at the lodge, we drive to the village of Guiné. We start the hike on the Aleixos trail, ascending for forty minutes to Plains of the Black River. Stop for rest and a snack on the banks of the Black River.
Afternoon: Hike to Rampa Viewpoint, with a stop for contemplation. Visit Funis Waterfall for a swim and then proceed to the support house for the night.
Morning: After breakfast, we head towards Castle Hill. A two-hour ascent with technical sections. Crossing Lapinha Cave to the panoramic viewpoints.
Afternoon: Return to the support house, collect our gear, and proceed for forty minutes to the next support house for the night.
Morning: After breakfast, we start the trail through the forest to Calixto Waterfall. Swim and contemplation.
Afternoon: Return to the support house, collect our gear, and proceed for another hour and a half to the next support house for the night.
Morning: After breakfast, we head through the forest towards Cachoeirão from Below. Swim and contemplation.
Afternoon: Return to the support house for the night.
Morning: After breakfast, we start the ascent on the Cachoeirão Crevice trail. Breaks for photos of Pati Valley.
Afternoon: Arrival at the panoramic viewpoint of Cachoeirão from Above. Crossing Plains of the Black River to Aleixos Descent Viewpoint. Forty-minute descent to the parking lot.

To reach Chapada Diamantina, you need to take a bus from Salvador to the town of Palmeiras, covering a distance of 450 km in a 7-hour journey (not included).
